Our Story
Our Story
Monticello Chimney was founded in 2005 by Gregory Merola and Jimmy Snowden, lifelong Sullivan County residents and brothers by bond. What started as a one-truck operation serving neighbors in Monticello has grown into the region's most trusted chimney service — but the values haven't changed.
We believe in doing the job right, telling you the truth about what your chimney needs, and never recommending work that isn't necessary. That approach has earned us thousands of loyal customers across Sullivan County and the surrounding area.
Today, Jimmy, carrying on with the same commitment to quality and honesty that built this business from the ground up.
Honesty first
We tell you what your chimney actually needs — not what earns us the most money.
No-mess guarantee
HEPA vacuums, drop cloths, shoe covers. Your home stays clean.
On time, every time
We give you a 2-hour window and call 30 minutes before arrival.
Work done right
We stand behind every job. If something isn't right, we come back and fix it.
